A Westbound trackage rights empty grain train only made it to Rondout today. The train has been put in the East siding and cut for the Atkinson Rd. crossing and the solo power is running to the rear, shown here passing a CP train thats been parked on the West siding for two days. |

MJRX 711 and MJRX 9010 were loaned to the railroad short term due to issues with the vendor providing the full order of 4 rebuilt ex-Utah Railway SD-40 units. These two didnt operate long on the WSOR before being sidelined pending return. |

Something is really wrong here. The CJ usually passes through here after midnight, and they also hang a left to head to Janesville. Actually, due to delays, last nights CJ is still trying to get to Janesville, but the CP dispatcher stuck them in the Abbott Park west siding until a clear slot on the single tracked Fox Lake Sub can be found. |

The SD20's were popular power on the Ballast train. Here 2051 and 2053 slumber in the early morning hours waiting for the their last call on a CSX Ballast extra. 2053 was decomissioned shortly after returning. 2051 became the last man standing, holding out until early 2008 before being retired. |
